The daily service was good. Excellent breakfasts with local products, enjoyed it. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to Motovun.

The hotel was in a beautiful position near to Motovun, Grožnjan, Poreč, Rovinj, the farm where the accomodation is and the restaurant. We were offered a sensational breakfast with pastries and meats, for example. The staff was affable and super-friendly the entire time...

I had the most incredible stay at a charming farm in Istria. The family who owns the place was so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed strolling around the farm and breathing in the fresh air. It was truly a relaxing stay!

We had a wonderful and pleasant staying at this place. The location was perfect, close to the places of interest in Istria and conveniently near the highway. The hotel provided excellent service, from the housekeeping and laundry service to the efficient airport shuttle and valet parking. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and the staff was always helpful and available to assist us with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace and patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The complimentary toiletries and flat-screen TV added to the luxurious experience. The dining restaurant was outstanding, serving delicious homemade food grown on the farm. we were impressed with the location, service, and amenities of this hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

We spent the xmas holidays at a rural location and we appreciated the calm and clean bedroom. the homemade food was also good, with some local ingredients. We also liked its location, very close to some hill towns worth exploring and with easy access to the highway. One more advantage was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the family business.

The lack of activities and the overrated price.

Had a great Xmas stay in the countryside. The setting was lovely, surrounded by nature and farm animals. The breakfast was amazing, with homemade products such as jams, cheese, and charcuterie. The location was great, central to the Istrian hill towns and easy access to the "Istrian y" road. The hosts were kind and helpful, offering a nice home-cooked meal when we arrived late.

The room was a bit plain and not as picturesque as some of the photos we had seen. The dinner options were limited, with only two choices available and no fresh salads offered.
